I think you have to pay $1500 to franchise tax board if you are from CA and if you have LLC regardless if you have zero income.

You want to lift something up but not pay someone else to do it first. 

Can the anonymity not be at risk if the company designates its attorney to sign the mortgage documents on behalf of the company so it will be client-attorney privilege?
