Depending on the more info, one issue is the loan size - $55,000 is going to be below many (almost all) lenders minimums right now for mortgage loans on investment properties

Usually it is a few extra kids but we do get mid stay requests if a couple could come visit and stay a night and we always say yes with no issues.The ones that respect you enough to ask are usually the ones you don't have to worry about.

Hello,I hear a lot of "legally valid" reasons one can ask/force a tenant to leave your rental in the county of Riverside, CA ( for example: "you don't need a reason, just give 60-day notice," "if you're having major construction done to the place like foundation issues," etc).

With a duplex this is all one and then gets segregated in the home

I have also seen a lot of negative posts on here lately about the real estate industry so just need some assurance this is still a good route to go.This is also one of the first properties I’ve toured so I don’t want to jump too soon but I also don’t want to miss out on a good deal.
