Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

For our long term rentals, Zillow brings us the most leads, so try out their room rentals. 

By doing so and if structured correctly you may find your tenant covering most of your mortgage and monthly expenses. 

So to this date I have 2 rentals and 1 flip under my belt and have a couple friends who have done very well in the short term summer cottage type rentals such as AirBNB.
