I don't want to sell out property in New Hampshire for numerous reasons but it is the only option I can think of. 

Much more motivating to learn the business and renovate a home that you are 'stuck' in, right?

Hey guys, I sent out 1000 postcards to absentee homeowners last week I finally got the calls today but from 2 sellers who doesn't sound motivated and 1 angry man asking to be taken off the list.

I currently have numerous emails piling up but I can't figure out how to get them organized and into a database from income emails.I also try redirecting traffic to my website to capture their information there because I don't have bandwidth.

I am curious to know what are you guys saying to your motivated seller in order to secure your contracts?
