Age has nothing to do with that: if you won't feel comfortable sending your wife/girlfriend/mom over to the property at night.

I was watching a few videos yesterday late at night and this is something that caught my eye.

I stumbled upon him last night when I was browsing around.  

I was running out of time and I had to be at a local meetup that night (I'm on the board, and platinum sponsor, so it's important I'm there) and I'm out of time, and not finished with the proposal. 

The house is supose to be vacant, but when I drove by it in the night there are folks living there.

I am considering going but need to know if it is an over night for the weekend or just during the day.

I'd say 90% of my contract signing was done at night or the evening, so kitchen table closings were convenient. 

In other words, will you be chasing rents and showing up to people having moved out in the middle of the night?
