The property is in a nice touristic area 40 miles from the border and a Mecca for surfing as the waves are very small and perfect for beginners and intermediate surfers.

But, is it nice enough she could live there while fixing?

Hey guys I have 30 paid off single family and townhomes.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

Chetan, Do the right thing and kick all of them out, it seems like the guy violated the lease as well by having a person reside there that wasn't on the lease.

Hey guys, I've been getting educated about purchasing apartments for several months now and I while I recognize I'm at a point where I have a lot to learn and I don't know what I don't know I believe I found an opportunity worth pursuing and I don't want to miss out because of fear/inexperience.Here's building- It's a 51 unit in a rural area (45 min drive from Philly/Conshohocken) with low crime/unemployment.
