According to an article from MPAMag.com, lender’s profits have been affected by the high costs of compliance that have been mounting since 2008.According to MPAMag.com, “Production expenses in the third quarter were the highest recorded since MBA began keeping statistics in 2008.”These high compliance costs are passed on to the borrower and have substantially increased the overall cost of borrowing.

My goal is to get a maintenance guy to handle all my needs on the property, until then i'll be doing most of the work and getting a certified guy (electric/plumbing) to check my work which will save me in the long run.I haven't been on Bigger Pockets since because of how busy I am, but I do listen to the podcasts and articles from the email but you will get all the info you need from this community.

. ;-)  Not so mean, but I can see how it could be seen as that.Marc was a teacher of mine a long time ago.I signed up with Russ Whitney Canada and multiple bootcamps in Winterpeg, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary, minus about 75k in the process.So I was just wondering, as a trainer, did he like doing it, or as stated above... was it really dictated by Russ Whitney Canada.Marc's posts on the Whitney forum were pretty good (and a lot less swearing and badgering than the live "trainings".)Anyhoo ... old news, now I'm here to do it properly.

Strange, but actually good news, because if it's under pressure but not leaking, then the leak is somewhere else, possibly the shower arm connection or the spout connections were loose, and water seeped back behind the wall and traveled along pipes.
