We also started repeat visiting Chincoteague, VA annually, and so decided to give another STR run here.

This person is unemployed but willing to pay 1 year rent up front to the PM company and sign a 12 month lease.

What are some unconventional creative financing strategies you've personally used or encountered in real estate investing that led to unexpected success, and what lessons did you learn from those experiences?

If Oklahoma has a law called "Predatory Real Estate Wholesaler Prohibition Act", don't you think that might just be a state to avoid for a new wholesaler who doesn't know much of what they are doing yet?

House hacked basement rental since 2017 and then turned that primary into full rental to buy new Primary and repeated HouseHacked Basement 2023.  

I most want to avoid spending considerable time showing units in-person to prospective renters, esp. before we've pre-screened them.

And then ideas to pay it back?
