SEO is hard though...it's more art then science and it takes time and arguably you will never even reach page 1 or 2 for the keywords you want if you are in a very saturated area. 

Real estate investing not rocket science and the biggest thing is need to act. 

As an agent you can start on a team, where they have everything dialed into a science, will spoon feed you leads and all you have to do is learn, close and earn.   

There was a science behind my art, I knew the market had capacity for the upward price and I identified markets and demographics that would pay for nicer.
