Don't know how deeply such an investigation would go or the cost, but maybe those members that thought a preferred status on here was valuable enough, they would pay for such an investigation.

I guess once you reach a certain size taking on a greater degree of legal complexity to protect your assets and maintain tax advantage status is a thing...but to the average person starting out...our odds of ever being that big for it to matter are one in a few thousand.I'll cross that bridge when I get there
