Does anyone have experience purchasing a mixed-use property on an auction site sold "as is" with a quitclaim deed?

We should have a great group there discussing how to obtain Real Estate Professional Status by an accountant! 

I teach private yoga and have been toying with the idea of adding it as an experience to Airbnb for my guests.  

Looking for some opinions....I have forwarded this to my attorney as well so I am just looking for opinions from those experienced in private money transactions, I know that I should consult an attorney.I own land that I am trying to build out a brewery on in NH. 

Can you direct me who to speak with about restarting a business account, I previously had an account that I received leads but I wanted to see about getting a notification about when I received a lead (email, text something like that).

The rent is pretty low ($1,900/mo for an entire 2,000 sq ft home Would love some advice or "here's what I did" personal experience.
