You literally just email them the amount of hours your employees worked, and they do everything else. 

My strategy is pretty simple.....acquire as much debt as I can, and stretch out the amortizations as long as I can while rates are still this insanely low.

I don't know anything about what your roof looks like so unless that change in slope is impossible with the rest of your roof, then this is a simple fix.  

The Township claims they have no records or any documentation regarding the demo, but I have proof that they oversaw it and paid for it.Basically, I'm trying to do some "digging" to see how long the Township has been polluting this lot and covering it up (literally and figuratively).
