Or more simple, use the HML or a small local bank (talk to the commerical lending department) for purchase + rehab funds all in one deal.Good luck!

My strategy is pretty simple.....acquire as much debt as I can, and stretch out the amortizations as long as I can while rates are still this insanely low.

The Township claims they have no records or any documentation regarding the demo, but I have proof that they oversaw it and paid for it.Basically, I'm trying to do some "digging" to see how long the Township has been polluting this lot and covering it up (literally and figuratively).
