One morning woke up feeling fine.NOW having said that,,,test it,,,easy, take a small bottle of it to people who specalize in removal,,,,they charged like 22 bucks to send it to lab and lab fee.BUT leaving hardwood under tile is a no-no as it is not stable,,,so claim the experts.

I retained an attorney with 25 years in real estate law to be our broker of record, and I pay him a broker's cut.I get to tell clients that I have an attorney on staff, plus I get free legal advice.He gets the income, plus he gets most of our closing business.It's a win-win all around.

We have a bookkeeper on staff for the day to day, and our new CPA is far more accommodation, sending one of his staff to our office each year to help us with year end.He stays in touch with us through out the year also, keeping us in the loop with all of the changes, and helping us to think through and implement new strategies along the way.His name is Keith Barfield.
