Current owner/landlord is terrible at his job.

He greatly enjoys this over his full time job and our goal has always been to get to a point where he can quit is w2 job and do real estate full time.

The constricted building, tech and manufacturing job growth with the Tesla factory and data centers, will drive demand, appreciation, and pricing up in the next few years.
