I don't want to get into a loan paying double digit interest.

no walls were torn down, no new kitchens or baths installed, 2 had no new floor coverings installed all 3 had recent new electrical service. 

Our lender friend is making money off the split in profits rather than on the interest of the loan.

When you say Broker are you referring to the real estate agent or a loan broker?

If so, now I'm seeing lenders willing to do DSCR loans of 75% LTV, so then would I switch to say 75% Rule for analysis?
