You say there isn't much in Calvert County, but they have a section 8 program, they have homeless shelters and they have food banks. 

It doesn’t need a sign however it does need a real estate broker who will get on the phone and call on local successful owners who may want to expand, food reps and local bankers who have restaurant owner clients etc.

That stuff has taken food of our trades table!

I went from living (surviving) on a part-time $8/hr job, food stamps and student loans to graduating with a master's degree and landing a job with a current salary I would have never imagined was possible for me thirteen years ago.

They stop buying their groceries at Aldi and the bargain supermarkets of their area and move up to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

If you are on food stamps, need to be taught how to budget, and have a couple of years to get yourself in a position to buy, maybe. 

Some people are happy with making enough to pay their bills and having enough to buy food, cigarettes, and beer.
