Curious as to if a lien search needs to be done, or if all liens are incorporated in the price?

I do sleep much better at night knowing that even if legislation weren’t to catch up, I’m self sufficient for at least 3 months.

Once someone that lives paycheck to paycheck gets behind they will be unlikely to catch up.

This wasn't the case in the brokers eyes. 

I think this being a family deal kind of makes it not a rental in many people's eyes (and likely a judge).
