I think there are a lot of variables for each of these options to determine why and where you would invest, here are my thoughts based on a "broad view" of each market.If you continued to invest in Atlanta, obviously there will continue to be growth and appreciation, depending on the location.

@Josh Green totally agree, there is more room for me to execute on rent growth by adding amenities and right now (I should clarify) only 3 of the rooms are available and 1 is used for storage.

There's hundreds of other lenders who are small in size and table fund or maybe even fund into origination and there cash reserves are funded by LPs, Family Offices or High Net Worth Individuals ... but the 10-12 with institutional sponsors have seen tremendous growth since 2016.
