Yes, that seems high on a $110K price tag. 

Ask if you can "tag along" as they evaluate potential purchases, write up work orders, talk to the city, and go to closings.

My current investment endeavors are in wholesaling, however I aim for multi-family buy and holds as well as syndication.LMK if you know of any meetups already or tag anyone you know from the area!!!

Firstly LA is a great place to invest if you can swing the price tags (I couldn't which is why i moved oos).
