I would like to start incorporating some nice design into rehabs to enhance the appeal and begin to focus on wholesaling.My interests outside of real estate include rare/quircky automobiles, disc golf (can't play actual golf), and fun runs and marathons.I look forward to working with all of you to make this forum as informative and helpful as possible, and will definitely do my part whenever possible.

If you end up living on-base, then you'd have to drop around 20% into an investment property, but if you did the REFI, you should have plenty to play with under the right circumstances.

I brought up the point that the reduction in price after I submitted my offer was very suspicious and he said that it is simply a game that the listing agent is playing to show that the price he got is much higher than listing so he will get more listings from the bank.
