I'm a realtor and I hang my license with a brokerage.

My question is if any of you know any investor-friendly brokerages that I can hang my license with but also get the necessary experience needed as a beginner.I've heard that Keller Williams is a good one to start out at, but I wanted to hear some other peoples opinions.Thank you in advance!

Why not hang in to it for a bit and see which way the wind blows...not to mention you would switch to the cap gains rate after a year instead of ordinary income, and you might be able to leverage more if value goes up...which it could by increasing rents...

You will have to squeeze these activities in or use them as lead generating act, for example lunch, go where your potential clients hang out and just start to chat them up, they will soon begin to know you and regard you as one of their own people.
