Have you ever outsourced tasks or work to help build or systematize your business?

We deal in metro Atlanta on a regular basis and there are great deals to be had as there has shown to be a growth of people moving inside the perimeter.

I don't plan to stay that way I just am doing what is necessary to build a solid foundation now to utilize time and exponential growth for the next 40 years. 

As I look for my 1st park that is at the top of my priority list not to buy a park with a lot of POH or any if I can help it thought that seems to be quite the task.

To grow the business, I need to get out of the rehab portion - it takes too much time and effort on my part.

Great deals there, Houston has more growth potential as Atlanta experienced a lot of it's growth a couple years ago.

Can you all please advise on the resources and methods you use to complete these tasks? 

I have hired a virtual assistant through a company and will be getting that started on monday for them to do a lot of my task since I have a full time job that I want to keep for a while.

I do think it's an area that could see growth in the future, it just doesn't fit my plans as a more hands-off investor.
