I absolutely enjoyed all the green that state had to offer.

Although I had no real estate experience in NY, we spent a lot of time looking at industrial spaces in Red Hook, Gowanus, Ft Greene, & Bed-Stuy.  

There you are sipping tea on fine china and Betty comes in and asks, "Did you come with champagne and contracts in your car?"  

This is my cup of tea!

Did you consider a mossy green or other earth tones?

If I had been in a hurry and pulled into the intersection right after getting green light, I would not be here right now...
