I use numerous websites for cross-comparison purposes and even go to city or county websites to access more reliable sales information.

Hi guys I’m a rookie at this and I have spoken to an agent before I make an offer tomorrow I want to cross my T’s and dot my i’s.. in the brrrr calculator I have a favorable report, however I want to make sure I’m inputing the data correctly, in the section that has where you put the cash option (& im using hard money) do I click the button and input cash purchase and then the refi after ?
