or you start at 50-50...and have to sell A LOT to get to max 80-90% split (graduating commission)...or one that resets each year....one suited my need but I don't like their "electronic" support and they have no presence here..... needless to say, I still have a lot to think about..but I took my first class mid January.... it's now end of FEB...

That would be my first suggestion.If you take out  student loans, how long do you have after you graduate before you start paying interest and what would the interest rates be?
