Just a different perspective. 

My mindset is where it needs to be, I am seeing the financial side of life from a "rich" person's perspective.

I guess I needed to hear experienced perspectives and this definetly helped me!

I suppose, from a certain perspective this is sort of straw buying, but in a way I thought it might pertain to wholesaling as well...sort of.So, I've got an individual that has been renting their entire life and decides theyre ready to buy a home, but they're looking to buy on contract with a lump sum down and then a certain budget each month.I've also got an individual wanting to sell a house locally and is willing to sell on contract.  

While knowing what other folks make will not make your life any more fulfilling, it is always of interest to see how others are doing and help you put your goals in perspective. 

It's been a great experience so far, but I've had the benefit of being fresh out of college and being able to place tenants myself.Some quick things to expect:-High turnover - it will be unlikely for any tenant group to stay more than a year or two. 

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, my perspective on my goals for the future changed completely.

I'm also new to BP, simply starting to post is a fresh aspect to my approach.T

I'm hoping somebody on here owns a large frat house to hear from an owner's perspective.

It has a new roof and fresh exterior paint.
