Also as a property here in CT I also show my clients the full credit history/report/application of the potential applicant as well as their references. in reference to the amount evictions you are having one per year did you ever take a look at any of the tenant application packets before the PM signed a lease with the tenant?

That being said, as a broker I recommend ALL of my clients have a Lawyer review their PSA's and Leases because at the end of the day I am not a Lawyer and me telling you "yes, that is the norm" or "This is the action I recommend you take" is very different from a Lawyer saying "Yes, we can fight and win if need be."

Just re-read my lease again and definitely going to press my PM company it says this: "Lessee is expected to maintain and care for the property, which includes, but is not limited to the following: Pest control including but not limited to mice, ants, small rodents, etc."
