Ok, so I am wondering in the state of Rhode Island, what are some recommendations for investor friendly title agency's and lawyers.

I joked that I could dump several loads of fill dirt out there, plant some palm trees, and create some islands which I could sell once the lake fills back up.

Finding clients for these high end properties means I will have to find "bigger pockets" outside the borders of the small island I call home.

But for larger overhangs (islands etc) & to avoid having to put in supports that you hit your knees on etc I lay in a piece of 18 gauge steel & epoxy the slab to it.They do offer a metal support that cost around $75 a piece plus install but I can do the steel plate cheaper & cover a greater area.We regret doing one kitchen with the thin 'Chinese' granite.It cracked around the sink & the surface scratched easily.

We name all of ours after places that we have enjoyed in the islands.

What is the latest STR update on the island? 

Speaking from the county perspective, it'll also probably be dependent on budget as the numbers for rentals out on the island are going to be different than properties further west
