You are required to apply depreciation and capitalize repairs, if you didn't pay for the costs, and report the costs or don't report the costs, it's a false return, if you claim the costs of repairs or improvements, and didn't pay that cost, it's fraud!

I noticed we did not state in the lease that failure to pay was grounds for termination, only a negative report to the credit bureau.

The CFPB erroneously reported in their recent white paper, Manufactured Housing Consumer Finance in the United States that 52% of the chattel loans made were made by five organizations.2 The CFPB white paper was incorrect because they based their data on HMDA reporting, which the great majority of lenders have not been required to submit under the small lender rules.

Life there is just a little cheaper than most countries, and in the future im planning to move there and live my life to the fullest.but im little scared to start out, im hoping to find a good landlord soon so he can manage the properties when i buy one, becouse till im goin to live there its around 1200km drive..so im basically hoping you guys could give me some advise on how to sucsessfully invest in a foreign country, buy frome RE bureaus, contract, etc etc etc...
