If you can find any that match it within a reasonable time frame (like 6-12 months max) then you would probably need to come up with an average price per square foot for the neighborhood.

It's not cheap to live here in Los Angeles but it's not cheap to live in New York either but people love both cities and want to be where there are opportunities.If people can afford to live in both Los Angeles and New York they'll do it even if the taxes are high. don't forget North side Chicago  and Boston along with Seattle in the high priced category. and even Charleston SCI just sold a house that I built in Charleston for just a TAD under 1000 a foot.. pretty cool for mid deep south
