Good, solid reputation and have a large network. $150k is a lot of profit and with all these big time investors, now institutional investors these huge paydays are going to get harder and harder for the little guy.  

You can also check with the Better Business Bureau to see if there have been any complaints filed against them.Ask for references: A reputable lender or buyer should be able to provide you with references from past clients.
