These FSBO's are usually idiots, or think other people are from my personal experience.

From my clients experience here is a list of "Buyer Beware" red flags with hiring anyone...- If they do not have About us on their website - In the about us page there is no name- When you Google their name there is no reference to them ever doing the services you are looking for- So I have mentioned this millions of time - you get what you pay for.

In Northeast Florida my experience has been that it is slower in January/February as far as showing traffic/potential tenants. 

I think it would help everyone curious about syndications if we shared how syndication investing has really been like for those with experience.
