brokers are a great tool if you can build a relationship its a shot in the dark a little bit for first time investors they usually are always going to push leads/properties that they know can close and execute them thats how they get paid, ive met brokers by just going to meetups and linkedin is a great tool for me personallyanother method that doesn't get talked about enough is to talk to property managers and they usually have a good understanding what investors might be wanting to retire soon or want to sell a property soon ive had a decent amount of success using this method.the last method is to just run a marketing campaign using list source or prop stream running, try targeting high equity properties and properties that have were bought 10,20 years ago if youd like to talk you can pm me and we can see if we can make some magic work
