Done both ways, it seems to me that it would give folks with the really busy schedules a chance to just chime in real time and discuss things whenever they did have time.

I've heard about the cash flow game so many times, and skipped a few invitations to play while I was buying/rehabbing/leasing up cash flow properties, so haven't had a chance to play yet lol But looking forward to it after I'm finished with rehab and leasing on the 4plex I bought last month.. 

Hire the person or persons, let them know what you expect, then give them a chance.
