That is not an easy thing to do and I'm sure that your faith and courage will pull you through this.That being said, funding will be difficult to come by but nothing is impossible.My suggestion would be to reach out to as many people in NYC (If that is where you intend on going) and seek employment in this industry first and foremost.

My favorite areas being Georgia, Florida, the Carolinas or Tennessee.I would look in areas with rising population, employment and hh income.

And with PPP, stimulus, enhanced unemployment, plus many (most) still working/employed, not to mention tons of charity options, there is little to no reason to simply skip rent.Though I tell any tenants that if they come up with an excuse that works for my lender and property tax to not charge me, or to convince my employees to work for free, I'll let them skip rent.

Contrast this with a smaller cabin, where the guests quite literally are often just sleeping there, and rarely even cook.On a large cabin such as the one you are looking at, I am going to budget $10,000-12,000 a year for repairs and maintenance to be safe.

They have an office, marketing, software, they've gotta pay gas, license maintainence, and then everyone's gotta get paid and with employer share of payroll tax as well.
