Thus, based on my experience you tend to overpay for multifamily properties versus SFR's.

The location has visitors year round and has been an overall great investment so far.However, we're wondering how we can go about getting our 2nd property in the most cost effective way possible.

You can call a few builders or the bank can let you know who is already approved for that County to help you get one that has experience and has already worked with the bank.

Hello everyone, I am a new landlord with little experience and wanted to get some insight on a rent increase I am planning on my rental home. 

Meaning:- can you self manage OOS - do you have experience in your neighborhood with any rental properties and dealing with tenants - will you go with a PM. so what if we all found our best market , but don't have a good team, didn't find the right tenant , don't know what to do when the tenant calls at 9pm in the night ...etc etc .. its  a process, not just finding the best market. 

We use a Google camera at each house and have great experience with them.we own two side by side beach houses in Myrtle Beach.
