I run into radiator/ forced air conversions all the time.I call my scraper- he removes all radiators, boilers, supply/return lines, oil/oil tanks for free, then I get my HVAC guy start running duct work--- Some of the boilers I've taken out were the size of a small car- not worth my time to deal with the little bit of scrap $$ in return.Find a good/clean scraper- they are an essential part of the team.

They may also want to see some cash reserves.You could try to borrow the money privately, from credit cards or a line of credit, by mortgaging another property or car, or saving it up.

In the end we're hoping to have a 4bd, 2ba with a small yard and parking for 4 cars in a very desirable area near a college and public transportation.  

And I suppose you could have someone sign one of these every time they get in your car.
