Last week's employment report should leave little doubt that the US economy has already hit bottom and is starting to recover.

It is very close to one of the best elementary schools in the state (top 10-15 no doubt). 

No doubt, we learn from those little hiccups along the way, and grow tons for the next round. 

This whole thing is layers of problems, and altogether it equals one giant Equity Stripping with Federal Fraud cake. hey, it's your life, you feel arguing is the way to go don't let me stop you, I will just say good luck arguing with authorities on it, I doubt they are going to give a squat for any justifications you have. 

@Nick Love maybe this is just me being doubtful, but I really doubt that a lot of people on this post are working from 5:30am to 9-10pm with little sleep and few breaks.

I doubt you’ll find a contractor to do this and if so they will want a healthy premium for the risk.

I doubt they are making that in COVID-land but that is totally possible on a normal day.

We have about two months left on our lease in which I doubt I will have enough time to look for a good investment and close.
