For instance, if your brother is being paid 55/hr his billable rate is double if not triple.

You can stop doubling down on the mortgage, and instead just pay that low 30 year payment.

@Matthew Loving I have an old building I want to tear down and could build something with 3x the residential units and double up on my commercial space.

I am going to start flipping homes soon as soon as I can move my double wide that I flipped onto non rented land.

To top it off the city is doing a real evaluation of property taxes which will surely double many landlords tax bill.
