I family buying a SFH to live in does not necessarily care about ROI, so it makes little sense for them to value a property that way.There are fewer property and they are much more diverse in terms of size, amenities, and purpose (office, multi-family housing, mixed use, etc.), so it would be more difficult to find truly comparable.

Any "fair regulations" would only promote host who are hosting and listing their properties the right way and hopefully deter or shut down host and listings who are not.I am definitely planning to attend the April event in Warwick but I'd like to start networking before.

But a generic statement I put which was approved was "I recently promoted and as I expand my career and family goals, I need to upgrade my living conditions." - Underwriting will call it taking advantage of the VA Loan if you don't have a legitimate reason for leaving the property.- Valid reasons for leaving could include PCS, needing a bigger space, not liking the area, wanting to be closer to work, or landing a new job in a different area.- You can have multiple VA Loans out at once as long as your DTI supports it, but be prepared to pay a down payment at closing once you exceed the limit

We have significantly outgrown investorcarrot host and I don't quite agree with their SEO strategies..and lastly, there is a bozo out there that copied my website, my SEO, my EVERYTHING, and investor carrot is promoting them DESPITE them knowing he is a fraud just because that fraud is sucking up to them.It is UTTERLY disgusting.So I am done with them the second my host is up and running!
