@Steven HersheyI wouldn’t accept the 7% return from your 401k, you need to learn what funds are available and re distribute your balance among those funds to get a better return.

I would avoid too much back and forth with personal and business. may be just do a standard distribution to your self once a month or quarter as your profit to pay taxes on.

However, if he is only taking an owner distribution and his work on his rentals still qualifies as passive income for his taxes then I don't believe that his rental income will affect his social security benefits.
