Why not just print out a nice receipt with your name & address etc for total rents revieved 2016 and sign and date it.

Erick - when you create your list, make sure - you put the date into a spread sheet - label your columns correctly across the top on the spread sheet - then mail merge into your saved letter#1 (word doc) to the PRIf your list is small - this will be very easyWe're not big ballers - but we still print professional looking letters (logo across the top)our kids stuff the envelopes and put the stamp on them - using this processgood luckMichael Rae

Go to http://workcomp.virginia.gov/vwc and fill out form 61A-online. you can download it after filling it out so you can have a copy plus print it out for Norfolk license requirement.

Use it to seed your own process or as is - - print one per application, fill-out your findings, sign, date and attach to the original application.I operated a 6-plex and it took about 3-4 years to do this by rote, that's 24 successful screenings and maybe 3x that for reject/denials.Suggestion:  this is 20/20 hind sight now, but start tracking your 'good vs bad' eggs and correlate to the verification list results you filed away.
