So I have been doing a lot of reading and have discovered this industry is financially complicated.  

By doing so, I’ve been able to discover extra bodies living in the property, get a head’s up as to a job loss, proactively talk about issues with neighbors, and even get to know the things important to my tenants.

You won't be looking for unicorns and you won't need to learn a double secret handshake to buy any assets.  

There's no secret into flipping houses, just tips, advice, and vision.

Throughout my studies I've discovered that it is possible to perform a fix and flip with no money on your part, as long as you do the work.

I understand I wont make fortunes out of medicine, and I'm not willing to do the Time/Family-for-money exchange, other than the amount that will satisfy my need to help the comunity and get me my experience, but either dont believe on a magical secret solution, rather I am looking forward to get educated and learn from you, more experienced people than me on how to make smart investments.
