That works on the Blog, but not in the Forums.That being said, I mean a company that specializes in the management of homeowner or condo owner associations, as compared to property management companies.  

I hope to start writing a blog on bigger pockets about my journey, here is the portion of that journey which applies to your question and my personal experience.I always liked working on houses growing up, but followed a traditional route after high school.  

I'd recommend reading the blogs, books and anything else on BP that'll set you up for success.

@Marty Joyner,  you have to have a lot of faith in a turn key provider and it has to be well-placed to succeed (because there are lots of ways they can take advantage of you that you may not discover until it's way too late). 

Read the free e-book for beginners, listen to podcasts, read blogs & forums, network with others on BP (especially in your area).

If your looking for buyers, continue to post blogs and show investors who you are and they will gladly contact you.
