Hi @Yanna Almonte,Just to clear up the phrasing for @Madelin Mendoza, TECHNICALLY renting bedrooms out is illegal unless you're designated as "single-room occupancy" or a hotel.

If there's tile going down, there's a product called 'thin skin' that's designed to be adhered directly to vinyl to create acceptable substrate for thinset.
