Were you aware that if someone falsely files a return on someone and collects a refund, the IRS is powerless to do anything about it and the person's refund is simply gone?

Over the years I was really uninformed about it I thought you just collected all the rent and paid about half of what you make a month for all the expenses.

Then you should use this data to increase your daily rates based on seasonality, day of the week and special events.

Online forms for tenants, income and expense tracking, auto add late fees (or other charges you may have), rent collection, integration with other applications, ability to store documents, etc.

Is it legal to put a tenant's (or multiple tenants') security deposit into a savings account and then collect the interest that the deposit makes for you?
