Seo is one of its legs and a very important one if not set up correctly you will not come up on 1-3 pages on google to be found and generate leads for google.All tools wordpress, dreamweaver, etcc have a learning curve the question is which should u start with, and selecting the right one can either help or hurt you.There is much to learn but of slew of choices which should u go with.In my research when I had to switch from microsoft frontpage due to lack of support they stopped supporting it, I had to decide on another web publishing tool.I decided on xsitepro although I also use wordpress.

I am probably not going about getting my comps correctly because I don't know what kind of condition they were in when they sold but they are on the same street but after further research the one that sold for $36,000 is actually about 350SF larger.

This would seem so much easier than getting the Sellers to sign over a Power of Attorney, the method I have seen most people use.The above example does not have the transaction funding fees, but feel it increases your liability.Would my assumption be correct?

You can sometimes talk them into doing it if you work out a deal where they will also get to do the appraisal for the buyer when they buy the house and have to do a mandatory one.however, these paid sites have also been recommended to me (by john lydic on this forum if I remember correctly) for getting comps.
