For your class C property you are referring to, those tenants will likely be the worst hit.

Think M0, M1, M2, M3, M4 and credit touching various asset classes. 

So at this point I'm going to keep doing exactly what I'm doing because, being honest, and treating people fairly, and transparently has thus far, been working for me in what is consider to be a tough asset class to run.
