I spent fathers day weekend and the Fourth of July tiling a bathroom and will continue to work at it till this project is complete.

I have done months of research and analysis on properties in the Saint Roberts, Missouri area (65584) and have found myself continuously landing on the same property. 

Professional caretakers milking benefits have a long history of lying about the severity of conditions to help people like this stay in the home and continue making a living off them.If you really think this woman is insane, no one is being served by keeping her there except whoever's pretending to take care of her.

Of course, technology has been created, and will continue to be created, that will make home buyers' quest for property easier if they choose to go-it-alone, but the fact is, the technology that we have today provides insight that is far too generic to be considered "valuable" in my opinion.It all comes down to 2 things for me:1.

Make 100 offers and maybe 5 of them will continue onto possible sales.

There are less than 9k people in town with not much job growth. 

I've taken close to $100K of cash out through refinancing and am using that to continue investing.  

Ultimately we decided against it because if the market didn't continue to appreciate we didn't have an exit strategy we were willing to implement.
