I am currently driving for Uber part time, helping me to learn how to talk to people, and keep an eye out for vacant properties while earning extra cash, and have spoken to a few consumers who said that they work for a developer who does want students, but is over whelmed with students looking to rent.If I can be of any assistance to you, please let me know.Carl Talley

Fast forward to today: Milwaukee has been in the news lately quite a bit - Foxconn (one of the largest manufacturers of consumer electronics with 1.3 million employees) has announced a 10 billion dollar investment in a new plant creating up too 13.000 well paying jobs in Southeast Wiscinsin, probably Racine or Kenosha - close to the lake.

I see some new stuff in Memphis about 150k ish..out our way forget about it.. we are pretty much 100k per lot 20 to 50k for permits before you go vertical. 300k is the new 200k ... and in our market its really the 400k is the 200k.. sad but true.. our govmit keeps addition fee's and conditions that are passed on to the consumer.. even though the big bad developer takes the blame you can point your finger right at the system developement charges and planners

Consuming all the available info made obtainable by BP, reading quality books/blogs, analyzing deals to gain experience, and attempting to follow the footsteps of those who have performed so well before me.Currently, my business operates 5 days a week (M,T,Th,F,S) in the early mornings (waking up @ 3-4 am) and we finish our work day reliably around 1-2 pm.

. § 7-101(c) defines a collection agency as follows:"Collection agency" means a person who engages directly or indirectly in the business of:(1)(i) collecting for, or soliciting from another, a consumer claim; or(ii) collecting a consumer claim the person owns, if the claim was in default when the person acquired it;(2) collecting a consumer claim the person owns, using a name or other artifice that indicates that another party is attempting to collect the consumer claim;(3) giving, selling, attempting to give or sell to another, or using, for collection of a consumer claim, a series or system of forms or letters that indicates directly or indirectly that a person other than the owner is asserting the consumer claim; or(4) employing the services of an individual or business to solicit or sell a collection system to be used for collection of a consumer claim.CONCLUSIONA debt purchaser that attempts to collect a consumer debt by bringing a foreclosure action is required to have a license unless some statutory exemption applies.Why would an investor hire a mortgage broker to act as a collection agency?
